Dan Soultz and Ronda Jones are the company founders and lead the management team.   They have been meeting the needs of their constructions clients since 1999 as Industrial Maintenance Specialists, Inc.

​

In celebration of the 20th year anniversary they decided to shake things up with some exciting changes.  June of 2019 Team IMS relocated to a 43,000 square foot facility.  This added the space necessary to expand on current fabrication services and position the company for the future.  

 

The corporate philosophy to “provide whatever is needed, right when you need it”, continues to push the desire to develop new and expanded levels of service.

WHO WE ARE

Dan Soultz – Owner, Vice President, brings 33 years of experience in every aspect of construction management.  Dan’s leadership is evident in the team he surrounds himself with and attention to details he gives to every project.  His focus is on understanding the needs of the customer and organizing a solution that will meet or exceed their expectations. Dan is a proven estimator and project manager.  His goal is to become a resource for the customer.  He is committed to providing safe, efficient, cost effective solutions for current and future needs. 

 

Ronda Jones – Owner, President, adds an additional 31 years in construction management to the mix. With an MBA, OSHA 500 and a Safety Management Specialists (SMS) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals her focus is on business relationships, OSHA compliance and maintaining corporate financial strength.  She focuses on customer service from the initial contact through the final paperwork.
